Week 5 Update

The last few days was quite hectic... On Friday, Karen, Pang n me went round n round TP central in searching for Min's birthday present... It was only till (930 where the shops r closing, we finally found the ideal presents... A wood carved pen holder n a mouse towel holder... Heee!!!

I found a lovely gold lacquered trumpet at the cash converters. I fell in love wif the trumpet( some unknown brand called Supreme) and I can use it for casual playing... So we went to try it... The tuning is gd, sound is smooth...
The price was a $368.... So x... bargain wif the shop manager...he gave the final price $310...=X

Anyway, I have been surveying on trumpet pricing... I hav to see my budget first....

On sat, mum n I went to grandma's hm. I wanted to take her out to the famous shop out at the corner of Joo Chiat Road to have fish head... but in the end, went to Dunman foodcourt to have a steam fish, bbq clay fish, satay, frog leg porridge n wanton mee.
A hole in my pocket but it feels gd treating my granny =)

On sunday, we went to Min's birthday party. At first feel like stoning after eating... but later quite fun playing the games...

Yesterday had a huge platter of steamed oyster sauced prawns for dinner... its so fresh n delicious!!! Thanks mum!!!

I'm putting on weight for this week... Juz had KFC for lunch. Haaa! A quote fr granny ~ "Eating is a bliss"
