Braised Beef Noodles

Menu: Braised Beef Noodles

Ingredients (Serving for 1)
600 ml of Beef Stock (Made from Oxtail broth)
250g of Fresh Handmade Noodles
100g of Braised beef, chopped
1 brunch of Cai Xin Vegetable
50 g of Black Chinese Fungus Mushroom
70g of Chinese mustard leaves
2 Thin Slices of Chinese Ginger

Seasoning :A dash of Chinese Rice Wine(Hua Diao Jiu Or Shao Xing Jiu)
A dash of seasoned Chinese dark Vinegar
A pinch of pepper
Garnish : Corinader leaves

Method :
-Bring Beef Stock to boil. Gently cook the braised beef for 30secs.
-Cook noodles,Cai Xin, black fungus n mustard leaves with a strainer in boiling water wif a little salt. Alternate between hot n ice-cold water.
-Add the cooked noodles n vegetables into a serving bowl, add the boiling beef soup and braised beef
- Add the seasonings n garnish with Corinader Leaves. Serve.

Alternatives - Use Chicken instead of Beef
-If u can't cook, get a chinese noodles cook.
-If u can't cook and get a chinese noodles cook, go to a foodcourt n order the
noodles(PS: Flavour n taste may vary).
