Oskar Vesus Loach

Its a rough time as a pet owner to make a decision.

At the fish fair, I found 2 adult clown loach going for $5. What a bargain!!! Adult Loaches usually cost $10 for one....( They r as big as Oskar)

These loaches r healthy, alert n not squashed up in a corner... I'm so willing to take them hm...

But where am I going to put them? Mum's going crazy over my sick baby loaches n 2 of them hav committed suicide by jumping out of the container.

I'm left wif 3 very sick baby loaches which most probably won't last the week.

But where will the adult loaches go? Oskar's Tank? He dun even hav space to turn... n he's always jealous of new fishes...

Is it time for me to let Oskar go? Free him in the pond n buy my cute loaches?

I really like Oskar n I like Clown loaches... but is it fair n the time to let him hav his freedom?

I realli Dunno... Can any one tell me what to do?

Interviewers n Interviewees

Were u even in this scenario? U r seating in the reception area n there are a few other ppl looking nervously around. U can't help giving them a smile n they look as if u r a punk.

Fortunately, the interviewees I met are really nice. We chat abt the jobs n our courses.

The next scenario is in a meeting room. U r seated opposite the interviewer...(Most of my interviewers r ladies). As u listen, what will u do?

Well, for me, I observe... look at their clothes, observe their body language n their tone....

Unfortunately, I have been looking at Red lacing bra straps, black flowery bras n the latest interviewer, worse...

My last interviewer, whom I believe is an Overseas Chinese and it was obvious that she was not accustomed to Asian dressing n hold great faith in her Liabilities...

She left her business shirt down low to the fourth button, n she keep bending down as we were speaking....
Yes, The air conditioning is weak, n I kept clearing my throat....

Well, she bent even lower...

My dear interviewer, u hav an Asian body n its A------. So wear a bra ok?
Sorry for the disaapointment, its too minor to cause a sore eye, if in any case, u want me to have an excuse to visit the doctor's.

My Wish List

Am I talking abt my birthday wish list? Nope... its still far.... Maybe els will understand how I feel....

1) Sunday outings instead of sunday cleanings
2) No more late night incessant " You Must Come Home!!!" calls
3) Stop those nagging... Generate those ill feelings n frustration into conversations n understanding
4) Independence...I'm going 21...

5) Trust n respect...If u dun show me any form of trust n respect, there's no way we can get along well even though I have given mine...
6) Be patient... u can't be cooking n mopping the floor all at once. Start n
finish one chore at a time...no wonder every sunday is nv ending cleaning.
7) Listen... Have u guys realise that Asians like to hear("I Heard That ...")
instead of using the mental process of Listening?
Well, like wise, u should listen to what I have to say before u start ur nagging n formulating ur own conclusion.

8) Respect ~ Each individual have our own interest n hobbies... U can't stop from doing what I like just(keeping fish) because u dun like it( "U have to get rid of Oskar... I can't stand him")
.. Like wise, I hate ur singing... does that mean that I have to throw away ur

microphone, VCDS n tape recorder?
9) Dun Compare ~ " U know arh... ur relative is so well-behaved n a university graduate. Why can't u be like her? " Well u know how insensitive n hurting that is?

Talk about the extremes

The ceremony on Friday has passed. It's the routine ~ get ur name card n seat, go on stage( I was reminded by the MC to walk with a firm and dignified air(head up) on stage), shake hands with the director, smile n posture in front of the camera...

Somehow, I feel happy n sad abt the ceremony... I was happy about my friends and I being offical graduates, n getting our diploma. Its' also meeting up with some good old friends though some nv came n some left early to avoid the crowd...

Through the ceremony, I was thinking... This maybe a very long time before many of us can gather... Y?

I observed my coursemates ... No one care about clapping for our fellow friends out on the stage... everyone was busying with chatting and messaging on their handphone. When it came to the our fellow Merit holders, the buzzing of noise in our BIT booth was louder than the applause.

Hmmm... These r the times I hate the FAST system...

After much complaints, I decided to end this week wif a happier note.

I bought my baby clown loaches on Friday n transported them into a makeshift container... Boy, they r still very scare n burying themselves under the plant... Hope u all start eating soon.

On Monday, I'm going to the idiot agent to get my pay. Tuesday is spring cleaning time n Friday is my Graduation Ceremony!!! Yeah!!! I can't wait to see u ppl!!!

Grouchy

I guess I'm feeling abit grouchy this evening... I juz came back fr the mall after getting dinner.

The fish fair was still there n I wanted to buy my clown loach... I realised that there is only 1 packet of fish remaining(for today) n the poor babies were squashed up in the corner of the bag in fear... I guess I will be back tmr to see if new loaches are arriving.

I wanted warm soy bean milk for the evening... the auntie told me only got cold drinks left...
I went to top up my ez-link card with a $50 note, n the machine don't have change... I spent my time in Cold Storage wondering what I should buy... n I decided on a $1 biscuit...

I'm feeling weak n my throat hurts... my partner is feeling sick also cos that idiot place has dirty air n lots of insects...

Dorrhhh!!! I going to bed with a flu tablet.

Hmmm.... Wat to do next?

Last night I decided to end some meaningless stuff in the day, which made me irritable.

Nevertheless, I had a brilliant steamboat dinner last night with a friend whom I have not met for months... the food was average... but was still a wonderful dinner. We chatted over teenage days, how to enjoy life and what we want to do in the future.

I guess as adults we are packed with more responsibilities... Though I don't know when is our next meeting, I wish you all the best.

This morning, I was feeling bothered over some issues n got some opinions fr friends as to what to do... After that phone call, I feel much better... n with PRIDE!!! ~ Thanks

I'm like playing chess now.... Which step should I move? How am I be strategic?

But first, I need to get my lunch n clown loachs... I'm hungry n I'm going to be a proud parent of 5 later... Haaa!

Testing out my Jap....

Hi everyone,

私は私の錆ついた日本語でテストすることここにいる。明日は新しく一時的な仕事のための新しい日である。希望はすべてよく行く。私は今寝ることを得た。おやすみなさい!

How's my Japanese?

* Don't Use Japanese translation... U get a whole lot of waffles only.

The weekend Summary

Let me sum up my weekend on this entry.

On Friday evening, Hong, Fang n I went to Compass Point for dinner. After dinner, we chat about school, work, NS life n how boys n girls react in relationships. Hong is a big eater... After some Japanese Cutlet Rice, he had cheng tng n qing chao for dessert on our way hm(which he insist on treating since I'm broke...) He's having chicken rice when he's hm. Haaa! I showed him Lady Boss. She let us stroke her head n display her wings. After that, we walked hm. Thanks Hong for the evening and the treat!

On saturday, we went to a job interview and it was not what I expected. After that, we had porridge at a old shop along Killney Road... The heat was intensive! Then we head hm after Wen had a long coversation wif Shi. Yup... I got nothing to say, cos in my opinion, its best not to say.

After that, I showered n walked to buy lunch n chicken. I took my sweet time to look at the Clown Loachs n Clown fish which are on sale in a fish fair... In the end, I bought Oskar's favourite water fern since the weather is so hot. However, I was shocked to realise that I was 20 cents short for the chicken. I walked hm to get cash n walk back to the supermarket, before walking hm after my purchase.

What good way to exercise!

Sunday is the usual Spring cleaning thingy... The heat is driving me crazy. Thanks to our formidable Mr cockroach for landing on the bed+ mum frantically sprayed her anti-kroach insectide on my blankets, I'm washing all the covers.
